|Teams:||Okotoks Oilers — 2|
|At:||Calgary Bisons — 14|
|Synopsis:||This game was pure domination by the Calgary Bisons. For the entire game the Bisons carried the play, outshooting the Oilers 56-31. Even on the power play the Oilers couldn’t gain any momentum. The Bison had three players; Morgan Klimchuk, John Edwardh and Braeden Salverda, with three goals, while Jay Merkley had two goals and six points. Even Bisons goalie Jeff Orser had a great game saving 31 of 33 shots he faced. The Oilers remain winless this season while the Bisons reclaim first place in the Challenger South division by one point from the Calgary Bronks.|
14 Jordan Williamson (F) — Jordan’s energetic play was one of the few bright spots in the Oilers lineup. Not only did he score the first goal of the game for the Oilers, but he also played hard for the entire game regardless of the score.
16 Braeden Salverda (F) — Braeden played a great game. He had three goals and two assists for five points, including the game winner and a very nice goal while his team was down two players in the second period. Braeden showed that he has a quick and accurate shot that he can get fire from anywhere in the offensive zone. Braeden is a feisty player who plays on the edge and gets better as the game gets more physical.
